Great app, but buggy SAVE files

So I love this, until you get to the point where you want to save the pic in a certain format.

I select "Export" then the format that Id like to save in (in this case its .JPEG) and click "Save", but the program ignores my selection and always saves the picture as a .PDF.

If someone could iron this out Id greatly appreciate it. Any info helps.
